#Aim for Zero – Discuss a future free SUDEP
#AimForZero encourages people with epilepsy to get started with reducing their risk of SUDEP with these critical actions: Take medication as prescribed, get enough sleep, limit alcohol and strive to stop seizures. Purple Pumpkin Project –
A prize will be awarded for the best Eric’s Corner Epilepsy Awareness Pumpkin that is brought to the October Support Group meeting. Pumpkins can then be displayed at the new Eric’s Corner community garden at Don Biddle park at 6100 Horizon Parkway in Dublin, CA.
